Omega-3 fatty acids, polyunsaturated fats, are found in three main forms: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). DHA and EPA are marine omega-3s and are mainly found in fish. ALA is a plant-based Omega-3 found in walnuts, vegetable oils such as canola and soybean oil, and flaxseed. Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the risk of death from heart attack and stroke, regulate heart rhythm, reduce the risk of anemia and atherosclerosis. Omega-3s can also benefit your memory and overall mental performance, and have anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients: Fish oil containing omega-3 fatty acids in the form of ethyl-esters (18% EPA = eicosapentaenoic acid, 12% doxosahexaenoic acid), demineralized water, soft gelatine capsule, bovine gelatine, glycerol, vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate).

Recommended use: as a food supplement, take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with a glass of water. Use according to the instructions of a sports doctor or trainer and/or special nutrition programs for athletes. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding! Do not use by persons under 18 years of age. The food supplement cannot be used as a food substitute!
