Omega-3 fatty acids, polyunsaturated fats, are found in three main forms: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). DHA and EPA are marine omega-3s and are mainly found in fish. ALA is a plant-based Omega-3 found in walnuts, vegetable oils such as canola and soybean oil, and flaxseed. Omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the risk of death from heart attack and stroke, regulate heart rhythm, reduce the risk of anemia and atherosclerosis. Omega-3s can also benefit your memory and overall mental performance, and have anti-inflammatory properties.

Fish oil containing omega-3 fatty acids in the form of ethyl-esters (18% EPA =
eicosapentaenoic acid, 12% doxosahexaenoic acid), demineralized water, soft
gelatine capsule, bovine gelatine, glycerol, vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate).
