FEN BCAA Glutamine is a combination of amino acids that are very important for muscle recovery and muscle growth, including BCAA and L-Glutamine. 

L-Glutamine belongs to the group of essential amino acids. It accounts for up to 60 percent of all amino acids in muscle. Glutamine helps in stressful situations, mental and physical stress and illness. Regular use of glutamine can speed up the body's recovery processes and influence the amount of muscle cells.

BCAAs help stimulate protein synthesis and protect muscles during intense training.

Ingredients: L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, glucose, sucrose, citric

acid (E330), Pineapple  aroma, sweetener sucralose (E955). Suggested use: as a

dietary supplement  take 10 g of FEN BCAA + Glutamine with full  glass of water immediately

after training. Or take 5 g of FEN BCAA+ Glutamine before  training and 5 g immediately after

training with full glass of water.
